How long do prizes take to arrive?

Most prizes are sent by next day delivery, but we aim to have all prizes arrive within 5 working days of the draw, unless the prize is a custom product or experience. However, during peak times our team may have to work through a backlog which means the prizes may take longer to be dispatched.
